Deskripsi
Governance 5.0 sets out a human-centred, adaptive framework for public policy, one that draws together five decades of governance theory with the practical realities of a large, decentralized, and rapidly digitalizing nation. Digital transformation, citizen participation, institutional resilience, and ethical accountability are usually treated as separate reform agendas. This book argues they cannot be: they need to be designed together, as five interlocking pillars of a single coherent governance architecture. The book falls into three parts. Chapters One and Two lay out the historical trajectory and conceptual foundations of Governance 5.0. Chapters Three through Seven then develop each dimension of the framework in depth: human-centric design, intelligent decision-making, collaborative networks, adaptive institutions, and the digital and resilience agendas that put them into practice. Chapters Eight, Nine, and Ten ground the framework in Indonesian case studies and international comparisons, and turn it into a practical roadmap for institutional adoption.
